    As Persing’s study highlights, the effectiveness of simulations depends greatly on the surgeon’s experience and realistic planning. The value it brings is closely tied to the technical capacity and artistic vision of the surgeon applying it.

    Especially in revision cases, I find that simulations help me make safer and more realistic plans by considering the structural changes left by previous surgeries.
